Promise
Know the odds of hitting a date before you commit to it.
Promise runs Monte Carlo simulations over your team's real cycle times and capacity to compute the probability of hitting each milestone. Confidence is tracked nightly, commitments are recorded, and when the odds drop it shows you the paths back.
Milestones
Create a milestone for each date that matters: a release, a customer commitment, a demo. Mark it complete when delivered; completed milestones feed the accuracy record.
Confidence, simulated
For every active milestone, Promise simulates thousands of possible futures from your actual item history and capacity. The result is a confidence percentage: not a gut feeling, but the fraction of simulated futures in which the date holds.
The confidence timeline
Nightly snapshots chart confidence over time. A milestone whose confidence is quietly sinking weeks before the deadline is the whole point of this module: you find out while there is still time to act.
Commitments
Record what was promised to whom. Each commitment stores the confidence at the moment of the promise next to the current confidence, so the gap between what was said and what is true is always visible.
What-if
The what-if tab lets you move the sliders before you renegotiate reality: remove scope items, adjust capacity, and see the simulated confidence respond immediately. Use it to find the cheapest path back to a defensible number.
Capacity
Record capacity blocks (vacations, part-time weeks, a borrowed engineer) so the simulation reflects the team you will actually have, not the team on paper.
Accuracy
The accuracy tab is your track record: kept rate, deliveries within seven days of the promise, and average delta. You can publish it as a share link. A delivery track record is the rare artifact that builds stakeholder trust before the question is asked.
