Dashboard

One screen that answers: how is delivery going right now?

The dashboard is the landing surface of Firebeam. It combines headline stats, one card per module with that module's current health, and a feed of recent activity from your connected sources, all scoped to the active project where relevant.

Headline stats

The row at the top summarizes your workspace: connected integrations, items tracked across projects, and blocked or attention-worthy work. It is the fastest way to confirm data is flowing.

Module cards

Each module gets a card with its key signal, for example ScopeGuard's scope-health score with a trend sparkline, or Promise's delivery confidence. Click a card to open the module. Modules you have not activated show an activation card instead; modules outside your current plan appear dimmed with an upgrade hint.

Activity feed

The activity feed lists recent events from your synced items (status changes, new items, completions) so you can see what changed without opening your tracker.

Get started checklist

Until your workspace is fully set up, the dashboard shows an onboarding checklist with progress. You can dismiss it once you no longer need it.

Sample data card

Workspaces without integrations can load a realistic sample project into every module from here, and remove it again at any time.

Your weekly briefing

The dashboard also carries your weekly briefing: an AI recap of what changed across every module this week, with links into each one. It has its own help topic (Weekly briefing & digests) covering how it is written and how to email it to stakeholders.

Ask Firebeam in the toolbox

Project managers and admins find an Ask Firebeam box at the top of the dashboard's toolbox, with two starter questions. Asking there opens the Ask page and answers straight away. See Ask Firebeam.

The team pulse card

When a project you can open runs a team pulse, a card on the dashboard asks this round's three questions until you answer. It takes about 20 seconds and your answers are anonymous. See Retrospective AI, Team pulse.
