Billing & plans
Plans, seats, AI actions: what you pay for and where to see usage.
Firebeam plans differ in which modules are included, how many projects and seats you can have, and how many AI actions are included per month. Billing is managed by admins under Admin → Billing.
Plans and trial
New workspaces start on a free trial with full module access. The billing page shows your current plan, its included modules and limits, and when the trial ends. Upgrading opens a secure Paddle checkout; you can bill monthly or annually (annual billing is discounted).
AI actions
AI-powered generations (Stakemaster reports, ScopeGuard change requests, retro analyses and summaries, Promise forecasts, UserLens action plans) count as AI actions against a monthly allowance included in your plan. The billing page shows a live meter of this month's usage.
When you hit the cap
When the monthly AI-action allowance is used up, further generations are blocked with an upgrade prompt until the month resets or you move to a plan with a higher allowance. Nothing else stops working: synced data and all non-AI views stay live.
Seats and projects
Plans cap the number of members (pending invitations count toward seats) and, on some plans, the number of projects. The billing page lists your plan's limits next to current usage.
Payment and cancellation
Update your payment method or cancel from the billing page. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period; after that the workspace drops to the free tier, and module access locks until reactivated. Your data is not deleted by cancelling.
